- Where can I purchase replacement spare parts?
- Spare parts including replacement inflatable mattresses are available directly from Worlds Apart. Please contact us via email, freephone or fax.
- I'm having difficulty folding my sun tent and putting it back in the bag?
- Extra instructions are available on this site as a PDF. The instructions are slightly more detailed and should make it easier for you to fold your tent away. You'll also find instructions for other products here.
- The rods supplied with your kites are breaking. Should they be more robust?
- All of our kites are flight tested to ensure performance within the wind ranges specified. Heavier more robust rods will affect the kite's performance. Crash landings may cause the rods to break, however spares are available from customer services.
- Do you supply the ReadyBed® covers separately?
- We don't currently supply separate Ready Bed® covers, however we're looking into this option for the future.
- We are finding it difficult to inflate our adult ReadyBed with the battery pump as the air escapes when the pump is removed?
- Try using the pump without the adaptor. You should find that the pump fits directly into the bed. The valve inside the mattress will then drop down once the pump is removed.
- We're finding that the trampoline frame is very difficult to assemble. It appears wobbly and unbalanced. Can you provide any tips?
- We'd recommend two people assemble the trampoline. You'll find that the trampoline stabilises once the mat and elastic have been correctly assembled.
- How can I make sure the trampoline elastic is secure?
- The trampoline is much easier to assemble using two people, one to hold the frame whilst the other tightens the elastic. The elastic has to be tight to ensure that the trampoline mat is properly suspended.

Warranty Policy
Worlds Apart values your business and always attempts to provide you with quality products and the very best service. Worlds Apart's warranty, described below, gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights depending on the country in which you live.
All Worlds Apart products carry a warranty. The warranty period is typically one year from the date of purchase. To make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase, such as a reciept.
Worlds Apart warrants to the original purchaser, only when the product is used for normal purposes, that the product will be fully guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The product must have been operated according to the provided instructions.
If your product includes a battery pump, the pump is also guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase, provided the motor has been operated according to the instructions.
Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or exchange of any part or parts which may prove defective under the conditions and during the periods described above.
Our obligation under this warranty shall not apply if our inspection shows: Any product or part that has been damaged by alteration. Any product or part that has been subject to accident, misuse, abuse or has been operated contrary to Worlds Apart instructions for the product.
The purchaser must obtain an authorisation from Worlds Apart before returning a defective product. The product should be carefully packaged and delivered, or delivery charges prepaid. The customer shall be responsible for all damages incurred in shipping.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, WORLDS APART MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES IN THIS AGREEMENT.
IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD THAT THE LIMITED WARRANTY WRITTEN ABOVE IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER.
Worlds Apart neither assumes nor authorises any representative or other person to assume any obligation or liability other than those expressly set forth herein.
